Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before using the services offered by Digital Operations Society ("Company"). By registering for, accessing, or using the B.I.O Nexus program ("Program"), you ("Member") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Membership Subscription

The Program is offered as a monthly subscription service. Upon enrollment and payment of the applicable subscription fee, Members will receive access to the Program, which includes a membership portal, recordings, communities, and other resources as made available.

2. Subscription Fees and Renewal

The subscription fee is billed on a monthly basis. The subscription will automatically renew each month on the date of initial sign-up, and the applicable fee will be charged to the Member's provided payment method unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, Members must notify the Company before the next billing cycle. Following cancellation, Members will continue to have access to the Program until the end of the current billing period. Access will be terminated at the end of the Member’s current billing cycle.

4. No Duplication or Redistribution

Members agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Program, including videos, materials, and any other content provided as part of the Program. Members may not distribute, publish, or make available any of the content to others who are not subscribed to the Program.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, documents, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

The Company provides the Program on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free, and there may be delays, omissions, interruptions, and inaccuracies in the content or other materials available through the Program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the Program, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If the terms are changed in a material way, the Company will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
